Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Dental Surgeon to join our dental team.
Essential Requirements
The successful candidate must:
✅ Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Surbiton, Kingston, New Malden, Wimbledon, or surrounding areas.
✅ Be confident in performing Root Canal Treatment (RCT) independently/with Nurse.
✅ Be competent in carrying out complex extractions, including surgical extractions where required.
✅ Be willing and able to work out-of-hours, evenings, weekends, or emergency sessions when required.
✅ Hold current GDC registration and indemnity insurance.
✅ Have the right to work in the UK.
✅ Possess excellent communication and patient management skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in emergency dentistry.
- Experience with crowns, bridges, dentures, and cosmetic dentistry.
- Invisalign certification.
- Implant experience (advantageous but not essential).
- Sedation experience (advantageous).
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using clinical skills and medical imaging tools.
- Develop and implement customised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, and preventive treatments.
- Utilise CAD software for designing dental restorations and prostheses where applicable.
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care to promote long-term oral health.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth clinic operations and uphold high standards of care.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in dentistry, including anatomy knowledge and new imaging techniques.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified Dental Surgeon recognised by relevant professional bodies.
- Proven experience in general dentistry or specialised fields is advantageous.
- Proficiency in CAD applications related to dentistry.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy relevant to oral health.
- Experience with medical imaging techniques used in dental diagnostics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to reassure and educate patients effectively.

Pay: £3,000.00-£10,000.00 per month
