Working fixed shifts.
Night Shift - working 10pm-6am Monday to Thursday & 8pm-3am on Fridays
£12.84 per hour + £260 per month shift allowance
The Role:
Working in a food manufacturing company you will safely and reliably carry out production / warehouse activities within a defined area, following standard work and under appropriate supervision, while building technical competence.
Main duties of the role are as follows:
- Operate equipment and processes in line with standard operating procedures, picking orders, preparing despatch of products.
- Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards at all times
- Complete basic quality checks and record production data accurately
- Escalate issues, defects, or equipment concerns promptly
- Participate in training and on the job learning
- Support team objectives and continuous improvement activities
Required Skills & Experience:
- Basic understanding of production/warehouse processes
- Previous warehouse experience
- Ability to follow instructions and standard work
- Good attention to detail and reliability
- Developing technical and problem solving skills
- Fully trained on FLT
- Basic comprehension of English & Math’s
- Basic knowledge of Food Safety and Food Hygiene
- Can do attitude
