We’re looking for a friendly, confident and reliable Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our team, supporting customers both at the sales counter and through basic customer service enquiries.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a varied part-time role, with shifts that are often well suited to those looking to work around school hours. Typical shifts are usually between 10:00am and 4:00pm, making this role a strong fit for someone who enjoys customer-facing work but needs a schedule that can work around home or family commitments.
You’ll be part of a busy, hands-on environment where no two days are the same. You’ll help customers choose the right products, answer enquiries, support sales, and keep the counter area running smoothly.
Following a successful probationary period, you will also be enrolled into our KPI and commission scheme, giving you the opportunity to earn additional monthly income on top of your base pay, pro-rated based on hours worked.
This role requires availability to work weekends every week as part of your regular shift pattern, alongside weekday shifts.

This is a varied role combining counter sales, customer interaction, and basic customer service support.
The Role
This is a front-of-house, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
You’ll be speaking with customers at the counter, assisting with enquiries, supporting sales, and helping with general day-to-day tasks to keep everything running efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serving customers at the sales counter in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and basic advice
- Supporting phone enquiries when required
- Helping convert walk-in and inbound enquiries into sales
- Assisting with general customer service queries (orders, basic issues, product questions)
- Working closely with the wider team across sales and warehouse
- Keeping the counter and workspace organised and presentable
- Supporting with general day-to-day tasks as needed

Working Hours
- Minimum 15 hours per week (variable)
- Shifts typically between 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Includes weekdays and weekends on a rota basis days will vary
