Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and care plans
- Monitor patient conditions, record observations, and report any significant changes to the medical team
- Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately as prescribed by physicians
- Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment options, and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatments, and progress notes
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care
- Lead nursing teams when required, providing guidance and support to junior staff members
