Role: Client Service Administrator
Job brief:
We are seeking a highly organised Client Service Administrator to support our Client Engagement function within a colocation datacentre environment. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to a team of Service and Account Managers, ensuring all administrative activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and within required timescales.
This is a new role and will be integral to maintaining excellent client service standards and supporting effective client engagement processes.

Salary: Starting salary £20k-£25k dependant on age and experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Client Engagement Director and rest of team
- Prepare and distribute client notifications and communications
- Attend meetings and produce accurate meeting minutes
- Prepare client-related data and reporting documentation
- Assist in processing client orders and maintain accurate records
- Support the administration and maintenance of the contracts management system, including price lists
- Assist in the coordination and arrangement of client inductions and onboarding activities
- Action client security/access control lists
- Ensure documentation and records are maintained in line with company procedures
- Liaise with internal departments to support operational delivery and client requirements
Experience:
Essential
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong administrative and data management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- Previous experience in a team administrator and/or assistant role
- Familiarity with contract management systems or CRM platforms
- Has the ability to develop a good understanding of the colocation and IT space
Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
