Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and leading a dedicated team. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial management.
- Supervise and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation meet company standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, menu planning, and special dietary requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer feedback, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service delivery to uphold excellent hospitality standards, including supervising serving staff and baristas where applicable.
- Implement training programmes for new staff and ongoing development initiatives for existing team members.
- Collaborate with suppliers to manage stock levels efficiently and negotiate favourable terms.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar hospitality roles, with strong supervisory experience.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to oversee multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, suppliers, and customers.
- Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or hotel hospitality is advantageous.
- Familiarity with serving procedures and hospitality service standards.
- Previous barista experience or working within a bar environment is considered a plus.

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
