Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and technically skilled Production Technicians to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the manufacture of Printed Circuit Boards, maintenance, and operation of production equipment, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality output. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in Manufacturing processes and hands-on work in a dynamic industrial environment.
Duties
- Assist with the Manufacture of Printed Circuit Boards using automated production equipment , ensuring precision and quality standards are met.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery to prevent breakdowns and optimise performance.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Will be trained to be able to support in troubleshooting processing issues and performing basic repairs as required.
- Maintain organised workstations, ensuring tools and materials are stored correctly after use.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Skills
- Previous experience in an electronics environment would be preferred . Some knowledge of technical drawings and specifications. Qualified to IPC 600
- Proficiency in using computer controlled equipment . CNC mechanical Drilling and routing. Laser drilling and routing
- Good organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures relevant to industrial environments.
