Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated casual Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional service throughout their dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a keen interest in food and beverage service.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations as needed.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring all items meet quality expectations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
- Handle catering requests and assist with event setups as required.
- Manage cash handling and processing payments accurately.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality at all times, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a front of house role.
- Experience in catering or barista roles is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members alike.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service is essential.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
