We’re now seeking a talented AI Systems & Reporting Specialist to help us unlock the full potential of our systems and data — linking Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, and AI tools such as ChatGPT to deliver automation, insight, and better decision-making.
The Role
This is a hands-on, technical position that blends business intelligence, systems integration, and AI innovation.
You’ll collaborate with teams across the business to connect data from Business Central and other systems, design insightful Power BI dashboards, and use AI tools to automate reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports from Business Central and other data sources.
- Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Copilot) into reporting and business workflows.
- Use Power Automate or APIs to connect systems and reduce manual data handling.
- Design and implement data pipelines to support reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Build AI-assisted reports and summaries, delivering clear insights for leadership.
- Work with management to identify and deliver automation opportunities.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and security across systems.

Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Business Central / Dynamics 365.
- Skilled in Power BI, DAX, and data visualisation.
- Experience using Power Automate or similar workflow tools.
- Familiarity with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot).
- Solid knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data transformation.
- Optional but valuable: Python, C#, or API integration experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
