About the Role
As an Early Years Educator, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping young children’s learning journeys. Working within a supportive and friendly team, you’ll create engaging experiences that spark curiosity, encourage confidence, and lay strong foundations for lifelong learning.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating a warm, safe, and inclusive environment where children thrive
- Planning and delivering fun, play-based learning experiences tailored to each child
- Supporting children’s development across all areas of the EYFS framework
- Building positive, trusting relationships with children and their families
- Collaborating with colleagues to bring creativity, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas into the setting
What We’re Looking For
- Early Years Educator level 2 or above.
- A nurturing, enthusiastic team player with a positive outlook
- A creative thinker who enjoys inspiring young minds
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and a genuine passion for early childhood development
