We are excited to announce that our brand-new care home, Cramond Manor, is due to open in early Autumn 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team from the beginning and play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and person-centred home for our residents.
Lindemann Care Home Group is a family-run business established in 1995, with over 30 years’ experience caring for older people in Edinburgh. Our dedicated teams provide specialised care in safe, homely environments where residents are treated with dignity, respect and compassion.
We believe our care homes should be therapeutic yet homelike environments, where every resident feels valued and their individual needs are prioritised. Our approach is flexible and person-centred, creating opportunities for residents to remain as active and independent as possible.
Through active observation, training and development, we aim to create a positive culture where our team is supported to deliver our Company Care V.A.L.U.E.S and uphold our Residents’ Charter.
