Join us at 1 Lombard Street, an iconic brasserie set in a Grade II-listed former bank, where timeless charm meets modern dining. We’re looking for a passionate Breakfast Chef to bring creativity, consistency, and energy to our early service.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the breakfast service with precision and flair
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, from classics to innovative twists
- Ensure every plate reflects our standards of taste, presentation, and consistency
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain smooth operations
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a quality kitchen
- Strong knowledge of classic breakfast dishes and modern brunch trends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume service
- A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and a passion for hospitality
