We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client's reputable dealership as a Vehicle Technician in Plymouth. - Competitive basic salary of up to £35,000, dependent on experience
- OTE up to £45,000 with performance-related bonuses
- Working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Duties:
- Conducting routine servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on a variety of vehicles
- Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and hybrid/electric fault codes accurately
- Using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Maintaining precise service and repair records
- Advising customers on vehicle condition and future maintenance needs
- Contributing to a high standard of workshop efficiency and quality assurance
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualified Motor Vehicle Technician
- Several years’ experience working as a Vehicle Technician
- Experience with hybrid and electric vehicles (desirable)
- MOT Tester certification (desirable)
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
