Position: Receptionist (Part-Time)
Salary: Up to £4,626 per annum (National Minimum Wage depending on age)
Hours: 7 /week Every Saturday 09:00-17:00 (1 hour lunch)

We are looking for a friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy Southampton dealership on Saturdays! Handling enquiries, phone calls, and admin tasks.
This 7-hours per week role is ideal for anyone seeking a part-time income around other life commitments. This fixed Saturdays only schedule suits working parents, students, informal carers, or semi-retired individuals looking to stay active. We warmly welcome applicants from all backgrounds, and uniform is provided!
As our Part-Time Receptionist, you’ll be:
- Welcoming customers and visitors and directing them to the right department.
- Providing general administration support to the dealership team.
- Managing post, deliveries, sign-ins, and appointments.
- Answering calls and handling enquiries professionally.
- Keeping the reception area tidy and professional.
Ideally, you are:
- An excellent communicator with good and organisation and IT user skills.
- Experienced in customer service, reception, or administration.
- Friendly, professional, confident, and reliable.
- Calm and helpful - even during busy periods.
