Catering24 Limited, a premier supplier of food packaging to the Catering Industry, are seeking an experienced, part time, Credit Controller to join our Ilkeston office.
The role includes the following:
Credit Control, managing customer payments, chasing overdue accounts by email and phone.
Posting and allocating cash receipts in the ERP system.
Managing the aged debt report, reconciling customer accounts, dealing with queries.
Uploading and matching of sales invoices in various customer portals.
Dealing with customer queries and customer returns, chasing claims with our courier.
Processing credit account requests.
Other admistrative tasks.
Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.45am and 5pm for a minimum of 4 hours a day, 20 hours per week, which will be fixed. Ideal for working around school hours.
Hourly rate negotiable depending on experience.
