We are a leading online national retailer looking for a driven Customer Service Advisor to join our successful sales team based just outside Norwich. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively selling products to both trade and retail customers, while providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships, over the telephone.
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. The offered salary for this opportunity is depending on experience.

The day to day
- Contacting warm leads to follow up on samples received.
- Selling products to trade and retail customers, delivering fantastic customer service and building strong relationships.
- Managing the customer journey, undertaking follow-up calls.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to provide tailored advice to customers for finding the right product.
- Undertaking administrative duties.
- Liaising with customer via telephone, email, social media and live chat.
- Calling existing customers to maximise sales revenue by upselling our products and services
- Enhancing their ongoing experience - whether that's picking the perfect products, highlighting new products or reminding them of all of their account benefits
- Exceeding customer expectations by analysing their needs using open questions, their purchase history, building relationships and actively listening
You will have/be
- Previous experience in a sales advisory role (this can be phone or retail based)
- Experience in using CRM systems, MS Office
- Ecommerce experience an advantage
- Motivated, tenacious and target driven.
- Excellent communication, customer service and teamwork skills.
- The ability to provide excellent customer service, take responsibility for your actions and maintain a hunger to succeed and consistently smash your targets
- A personal, professional and positive style that makes for loyal, happy customers
- Outstanding listening and communication skills
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to overcome objections whilst always doing what's right for the customer
