About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our business customers, providing support via telephone, email, and web chat. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and web chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service across all communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business customers.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
