Duties
- Monitoring the Orders email inbox, ensuring PO's are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via email or phone, ensuring clear communication in English.
- Booking daily deliveries for orders going out on our pallet network system, ensuring the warehouse are given accurate picking details for loading in a timely fashion.
- Prepare and present sales reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate sales documentation, including quotes, contracts, and order processing using Orderwise accounting software and other IT tools
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via email or phone, ensuring clear communication in English
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records of sales transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless flow of information and efficient operation of sales processes
Experience
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role with a focus on customer service
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM software systems, to manage client data effectively
- Knowledge of Orderwise software is a plus.
- Prior experience of B2B trading, especially within an industry that deals with physical stock and/or haulage and trucking is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally, both internally within the business and externally with clients and suppliers
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced working environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in IT or computer skills that support effective data management and reporting is essential

Pay: £25,420.00-£37,589.30 per year
