At Godfrey Care, we believe great care starts with understanding the individual behind the needs. As a Support Worker, you’ll be part of an established team supporting adults with complex needs, helping them build confidence, develop independence, and live meaningful lives.
This is an opportunity to join a service where your experience, resilience, and ability to build positive relationships can make a genuine difference every day.
About the Role
We’re recruiting Support Workers to join our established supported living service in Coalville, LE67.
The service supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, forensic histories, and complex needs, including behaviours that may be verbally or physically challenging.
Working within a supported living environment, you’ll support individuals to develop their independence, make positive choices, and achieve their personal goals, while providing the structure, consistency, and reassurance they need.
This is a rewarding but demanding role. You’ll need to be confident working within a structured environment, managing challenging situations calmly, and maintaining professional boundaries while building positive, trusting relationships with the people we support.
