We’re looking for a confident, personable and polished Customer Service Advisor to join our rapidly growing business near Salford Quays.
This role is all about people.
We want someone with a naturally warm personality, an excellent telephone manner and the ability to quickly put customers at ease. You’ll be comfortable speaking with people from all walks of life, building genuine rapport and adapting your approach to suit each conversation.
You might describe yourself as someone with a “good bit of chat” — friendly, engaging and able to hold a conversation — while still knowing how to remain professional and focused on achieving the right outcome for the customer.
This is not a scripted call-centre position. We want someone who can think for themselves, think on their feet, communicate naturally and make every customer feel valued.

What you’ll be doing
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be an important representative of our business and a key and in some cases first point of contact for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Speaking with customers over the telephone and by email
- Building strong relationships and rapport with customers
- Answering questions and handling enquiries confidently
- Providing clear, accurate and reassuring updates
- Taking ownership of customer queries through to resolution
- Managing customer expectations professionally
- Updating the CRM accurately and in a timely manner
- Liaising with colleagues and other departments
- Resolving concerns calmly, fairly and effectively
- Ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience
- Supporting the wider team with administrative duties when required
- The role is office based 5 days a week

Previous experience in either customer service, sales, complaints handling or another people-focused role would be required.
However, we’re equally interested in meeting people with the right personality, professionalism and attitude.
