Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in people’s lives? We are seeking a Support Worker to join our day service team and provide essential care and support to individuals who need assistance in their daily lives.

Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with personal care, mobility and medication.
- Support individuals to take part in many meaningful activities at our day service including baking, art, music, gardening and trips out.
- Providing practical and emotional support to individuals based on their needs.
- Promoting independence while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Working well as a team player.
- Ensure safeguarding, promote choice, independence, respect and dignity at all times.
- Keeping accurate records and take part in the personalised support planning process.

What We’re Looking For:
- Do you have experience of supporting or caring for someone with learning, physical, mental health or sensory needs?
- Training is provided for this role however Care Certificate/Health & Social Care qualification is preferable.
- Knowledge of basic IT for recording and reporting
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- No experience needed – just a willingness to learn!
- A valid UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
- A fully funded enhanced DBS check
