As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of Holiday Inn Express London – Heathrow T5 which is a 300-room hotel- perfect for business or leisure stays. Our three meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 guests, ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and social gatherings.
What your day will look like?
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of housekeeping operations, in line with hotel brand standards. Your duties will include allocating daily work assignments to team members, conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, service areas, corridors, and storerooms, and reporting any maintenance issues or defects found. You will manage housekeeping supplies and equipment effectively, ensuring proper stock control and maintenance. In addition, you will assist in overseeing key housekeeping procedures, including lost and found, key control, security, and emergency protocols, helping to maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
What You’ll Bring?
We’re looking for a reliable Housekeeping Supervisor who takes pride in high standards, leads by example, and helps create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest. You will bring proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, along with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will be able to lead, support, and motivate your team effectively. You will have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service, a good command of spoken and written English, and a solid understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
