Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Commercial Window Cleaner to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities
- Safely operate cleaning equipment
- Clean windows on commercial buildings of various heights using a reach and wash system
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by removing dirt, smudges, fingerprints, and other marks from glass surfaces.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure personal safety and that of colleagues while working
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and provide excellent customer service.
- Keep detailed records of completed work, equipment maintenance, and safety inspections.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability for daily tasks.
Requirements
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record to travel between job sites efficiently.
- Proficiency in English for clear communication with team members and clients.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate work safely and interact positively with clients.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift equipment, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar outdoor maintenance role is preferred.
