We are currently recruiting for an Operations Lead
Location: Huddersfield Town Centre Office. Partnership work across Kirklees required. Hybrid and flexible working pattern available.

This lead role is fundamental to overseeing all operational delivery of services, managing projects, developing the workforce and partnership engagement.

Good interpersonal, motivational and communication skills
A passion for working in the voluntary sector and making a difference to families
Excellent leadership and project management skills
Experience of developing effective working partnerships with stakeholders
