Summary
We are seeking an Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team at Prestige Hair Beauty & Nails in South London. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our clients' beauty experience through expert eyelash extension services, contributing to our mission of providing high-quality beauty treatments.
Responsibilities
Provide professional eyelash extension services to clients with a focus on safety and quality.*
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.*
- Assist with front desk operations as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Upsell additional beauty services and products to enhance client experience.*
- Stay updated with the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty treatments.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for clients.*
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role is essential.*
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for the beauty industry.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients.*
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beauty treatments.*
- Certification in eyelash extension application is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience in upselling beauty products/services is a plus.*
