Your Role:
As Store Manager, you'll lead our client-focused team while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities include:
Leadership & Operations:
- Managing and motivating retail staff to exceed sales targets
- Maintaining exceptional store presentation and operational efficiency
- Ensuring health and safety compliance throughout the store
Customer Excellence:
- Providing expert flooring advice and professional consultation
- Conducting confident home visits for measuring and estimation
- Resolving customer queries with professionalism and expertise
Business Development:
- Driving sales performance through effective team management
- Managing inventory levels and product displays
- Contributing to store profitability and growth initiatives
What You Bring:
- Essential: Proven flooring industry experience and product knowledge
- Strong retail management background with team leadership experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident measuring and estimation abilities
- Engaging personality with genuine passion for customer satisfaction
Working Pattern:
40 hours per week across 5 days (including every Saturday and alternate Sundays)
