Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google and Xero
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, including calendar management
- Support invoicing and billing processes through Xero and other software tools
- Handle general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Maintain an organised workspace and ensure office supplies are stocked appropriately
- Support team members with various clerical tasks to enhance overall office efficiency
- Promoting the business through social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills combined with the ability to multitask efficiently
