We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our professional culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, such as fish, meat, or pastry stations, managing workflow efficiently.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and garnishing ingredients.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff and provide guidance on food preparation techniques.
- Ensure all dishes leaving the station meet presentation standards and are served promptly.
- Collaborate with the head chef and team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
- Keep work areas organised, clean, and well-stocked with necessary ingredients and utensils.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to minimise waste.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques across various cuisines.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members.
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, along with serving skills that enhance guest satisfaction.
- Passion for culinary arts with a keen eye for detail in presentation and taste.

Pay: £24,420.00-£38,659.58 per year
