- Support event management by coordinating with vendors, performers, and other team members to facilitate seamless operations
- Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Monitor event areas throughout the duration of the event to uphold security standards and manage any unforeseen situations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for all attendees
Requirements
- Previous experience in management or hospitality roles is highly desirable
