Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Plasma Operator to join our manufacturing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating plasma cutting equipment to fabricate and assemble metal components with precision and efficiency.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in fabrication, welding, or mechanical work to develop their skills within a dynamic environment.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
Operate CNC plasma cutting machinery to cut steel components from drawings and cutting files
Good understanding of engineering drawings
Work closely with the fabrication team to support production
Maintain a clean, organised work area and assist with general workshop duties
Excellent attendance and timekeeping essential
Working hours:
Mon-Thu: 8:00 – 16:30
Fri: 8:00 – 15:30
Paid 15min break in the morning and unpaid 30min lunch break = 39h/week,
Overtime available at 1.5x, Sunday at 2x
