We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working person to join our team of landscape gardeners. References from recent employers will be required. Previous experience of landscape gardening and a driving licence are essential . Ability to tow a trailer is desirable.
Hourly wage rate will be dependent on experience.
Work is mainly concentrated within Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and surrounding areas.
Tasks
- Operate equipment e.g. ride on mower, lawnmower, strimmer, secateurs, lopper, edging iron, leaf blower, hedge trimmer, hand held applicator (pesticides), ladders. Apply pesticides and fertiliser. Sow grass seed, core lawns. Take out weeds and dead plants, trim overgrown limbs, hedges, shrubs and bushes. Plant flowers and shrubs.
- Maintain high standards of work that meets customers’ requirements
- Ensure equipment is used correctly and safely
