Full time, 2 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £ 42,000-47,000
Your role
You’ll play a central role in keeping the executive office running effectively, supporting up to two members of the Executive Leadership Team. You’ll manage complex and often shifting priorities, ensuring diaries are aligned and meetings are purposeful and well prepared.
Beyond day-to-day coordination, you’ll contribute to the flow of information across the business—handling communications, preparing briefings, and carrying out research and analysis to support decision-making. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation and adapt your support as priorities evolve, helping ensure the executive team can focus on delivering against long-term objectives.

Highly organised, with experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment

Confident managing complex diaries and coordinating competing priorities

Able to prepare and administer meetings so they run efficiently and add value

Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Clear and effective communicator, including drafting and managing communications on behalf of senior stakeholders

Strong attention to detail, with good judgement when carrying out research and analysis

Proactive in anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise

Adaptable, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and respond to changing priorities
Interview process

You can expect the following process from us:

A short, introductory phone call from our Talent Acquisition Advisor.

A formal 1st Stage Teams interview with the Hiring Manager and the Talent Acquisition Manager, usually on Teams.

A short chat (Teams/In-person TBC) interview with the Executive Directors you will be supporting.
