M N Mollon & Partners Ltd and Healing Tails Vet Practice are looking for a friendly, professional and organised Receptionist to join our team, supporting both horses and domestic animals.
Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm on a rota basis.
We are a close-knit team who support one another and take pride in providing excellent care and service to our clients and their animals.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Excellent phone etiquette
- A self-starter who can use their own initiative
- Reliable and flexible
- Confident dealing with clients both face-to-face and over the phone
- Able to process payments accurately
- Comfortable handling blood, animal samples and working in a veterinary laboratory environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to remain calm and organised under pressure
- Willing to assist with general laboratory duties and other tasks as required
- Experience with Xero accounting software is preferred, however this is not essential as full training will be provided
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Highly organised with outstanding administrative skills
- Professional, friendly and compassionate when dealing with clients and their animals
