Alfredos is looking for Barista/team member to join our team. We are a small, family-owned business that provides exceptional care and quality in a casual environment. We are currently hiring for a full or part time position(s) in our Somerset location. We need a happy and enthusiastic person to help serve our guests in the bakery and restaurant, pay based on experience. Experience on a busy coffee machine previously is essential with full training given.
We offer our guests, high end, fast paced Italian sharing plates. Italian based drinks and cocktails with a Somerset twist. We also have an onsite bakery providing take out treats and coffee. 0pen 5 days a week with a consistent highly skilled team. We need someone that can jump straight on our coffee machine and deliver high standard coffees at a fast pace.

Responsibilities.
- serving customers
- Stock inventory, including the ability to lift products to stock them
- Maintain a clean and orderly shop by cleaning the bakery daily during the day and doing other cleaning before closing
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Handle cashier duties when needed
- Create orders when necessary to meet production needs
Experience
- Experience working in a bakery or restaurant is preferred but not required. We are willing to train someone who is eager to learn.
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays (some shifts may require overtime)
