Hours
- Monday to Thursday daytime hours with a lunchtime finish every Friday
- Full time
The role of Production Operative:
- Supporting the movement of components throughout the manufacturing and inspection process
- Carrying out visual checks on manufactured components to identify cosmetic defects and other quality concerns
- Checking components for missing parts and thread damage
- Recording production and quality information using Microsoft Excel
- Following work instructions, quality standards and safe working practices
The ideal Production Operative:
- Excellent attention to detail and good visual accuracy
- Experience within manufacturing, production or assembly would be advantageous but is not essential
- Basic computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Excel would be beneficial
- Reliable, methodical and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
