We're looking for an ambitious, passionate Deputy Manager who is ready to take the next step and become the Registered Manager of a brand-new children's residential home.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience as a Deputy Manager in a children's residential home.
- Is confident leading teams and making decisions.
- Understands safeguarding, children's legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Is passionate about achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
- Is ready to take ownership and step confidently into a Registered Manager role.

Essential Requirements:
- Hold a Level 3 or 4 in residential childcare or equivalent
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or wiling to work towards
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in either a Deputy Manager position or home manager role.

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
