Job Title: Technical Operator
Location: Rugby, CV21 1HA
Working Hours: 42 hours contract. Working 12 hour shifts, on a days and nights rotating 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. 4 x days (7am to 7pm), 4 x off, 4 x nights (7pm to 7am), 4 x off.

This is a practical role for someone who enjoys working with machinery, solving problems, and improving efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll be responsible for equipment, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help develop team capability, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to build their technical skills and grow their career within manufacturing.
