Job overview:
We have a new opportunity for a Change Associate to join us. Reporting into the Change Manager, you’ll execute an effective and efficient change management process covering all changes to AXA UK and AXA UK operating companies.
Key responsibilities:

Supports the change analyst and change manager with operating the change management process

Maintain excellent communication with the change management and IT stakeholders on all planned change activity

Maintain oversight of change approval groups to ensure compliance with audit

Ensuring the timely completion of change tasks and change closure

Supports the change analyst and change manager with audit and compliance duties
-
Cataloguing of third-party changes
Work arrangements:
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. Your skills & experience:

Solid base knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required

Good analytical, administrative and organisational skills

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

SharePoint and PowerBI experience desirable

Able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with a team and independently
