As a Dealer Introduced Sales Executive, you're not waiting around for leads to land in your lap, you’re out there, building a nationwide network of partner dealerships who want to work with us. You’ll be the spark that lights up new relationships, pitching our model with energy, confidence, and a drive that doesn’t quit.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to dealerships across the UK: cold calling, emailing, following up leads
- Pitch the carloans 365 model and bring dealerships on board
- Build instant rapport and trust with sales managers and business owners
- Explain how our account managers will help them sell more cars faster
- Maintain a strong pipeline and keep CRM systems up to date
- Smash sales targets, hit KPIs, and earn commission
- Be part of a driven, dynamic team that thrives on results and celebrates success
What are we looking for?
- Proven outbound sales experience, if you’ve worked in recruitment, B2B sales, telesales, or motor trade, we want you
- Confident on the phone, clear communicator, and able to close
- Resilient and can handle knockbacks and bounce back stronger
- Results-focused and money-motivated
- Self-starter who’s buzzing with energy and ambition
- Able to learn fast, adapt quick, and think on your feet
- Familiar with CRMs and sales tracking systems
- A genuine passion for smashing targets and being part of a high-performing team
Details:
- From £25,000 DOE
- Working pattern: 09:00 – 18:00, 5 days per week, Monday – Saturday (you will receive a weekday off should you work a Saturday)
- 28 days holiday (bank holidays are not automatically booked off and are granted on a first come first served basis) + 1 additional day off for your birthday

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
