Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy at-home maintenance / handy person to carry out a range of small DIY and outdoor maintenance tasks at a private residential property. This role suits someone practical, self-motivated, and confident working independently.
Duties Include
- Fence repairs and outdoor carpentry
- Wood chopping, stacking, and storage
- Leaf blowing and general garden clear-ups
- Strimming and light garden maintenance
- DIY and general maintenance tasks (fixing hinges, repairs, upkeep)
- Clearing paths, sheds, and outdoor areas
- Other reasonable maintenance jobs as required
Requirements
- Experience in general maintenance, DIY, or similar work
- Able to work aloneand manage tasks without supervision
- Honest, dependable, and respectful
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work in all seasons
- Own tools desirable but not essential
- References preferred
