Atlantes Landscapes is an award-winning landscaping company working with premium residential and commercial clients. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a Garden Maintenance Team Leader to join our high-performing maintenance team.
The Role
You will lead a small team delivering high-quality garden and grounds maintenance, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the maintenance team across daily site work
- Carry out mowing, strimming, pruning, planting and soft landscaping
- Operate and maintain machinery (ride-on mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters)
- Follow schedules and meet deadlines across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH requirements
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Record site notes and updates using a smartphone
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence
- 3+ years’ grounds/garden maintenance experience
- PA1/PA6
- Strong horticultural knowledge and plant ID
- Supervisory experience
- Confident using all maintenance machinery
- Physically fit, reliable, and customer-focused
- Good communication and IT skills
Desirable:
- Horticultural qualification
- CSCS Green Card
