The Role
Carry out planned and reactive painting and decorating across the prison
Maintain tools, materials and equipment
Work safely in line with H&S procedures
Support prisoners through painting/decorating tasks (CRED programme – extra pay available)
What We’re Looking For
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting & Decorating
Experience in a similar role
Good understanding of H&S and safe working practices
Comfortable working in a secure environment alongside, and supervising, prisoners
Team player who shares knowledge and best practice
