We're a family-run nursery with two settings in Shefford, and we're looking for a Level 3 practitioner to join us. Here's what we can actually offer:
Hours that work for you. Anything from 16 to 41.5 hours a week — school hours, term-time, full-time, we'll build the rota around your life, not the other way round.
A team that stays. 30% of our team have been with us more than 5 years. People stay because the rooms are well-staffed, the management listens, and the children are a joy.

Mentoring from day one, funded training, and a genuine path to senior and room leader roles; our third in charge has just celebrated 10 years with us after starting as an unqualified lunch cover and two of our room leaders are studying their level 5 in leadership and management with a view to running their own nursery one day.

You'll need a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification and year-round availability. Beyond that, we care most about warmth, energy, and how you are with children and colleagues.
