We are looking a reliable and motivated part-time team member to join our busy trade counter team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving customers at the trade counter
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Keeping warehouse and trade counter tidy
- Answering and actioning telephone queries
- Answering basic customer enquiries
- Assisting with loading customer vehicles
- Supporting other team members as required
Requirements
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn new products
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift licence (advantage but not essential)
- Previous trade counter experience (preferred but not essential)
Hours (Flexible Part-Time)
We are looking to fill two part-time positions. Hours may include:
- 2–3 days per week
- 08:00 to 17:30
- Some flexibility required during busy periods
