We are looking for an experienced, passionate and ambitious Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead our established service in Kendal while playing a key role in the development of our exciting new domiciliary care service in Blackpool. Essential Requirements - Current or previous CQC Registered Manager for a domiciliary care service. - Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent). - Proven experience managing and growing a successful domiciliary care service. - Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, legislation and best practice. - Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. - Able and willing to travel regularly between Kendal and Blackpool. What You'll Be Responsible For - Providing strong, visible leadership to both services. - Ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times. - Maintaining full CQC compliance and striving for outstanding outcomes. - Supporting, mentoring and developing your staff team. - Driving business growth, increasing care hours and building positive relationships with commissioners, professionals and the local community. - Overseeing recruitment, training, quality assurance, audits and continuous improvement. - Creating a positive culture where both clients and staff can thrive.
