- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy through basic math skills for measurements and change handling.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices and prevent overconsumption.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, tracking inventory levels to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service, supporting restaurant operations during busy hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, with a strong focus on serving beverages.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for drink mixing, billing, and change transactions.
