12th Street Burgers & Shakes Restaurant is the UK’s fast growing smash burger sensation serving a mouth-watering menu of various burgers and wings and with some of the best starters and sides in the restaurant industry. Our aim is simple we only serve the best food. Plan to open 50 stores in the next 3 years across the UK. We have development opportunities for the right candidates to grow with the company.
The role:
- As a Team Member you will be responsible for Food preparation and handling according to the brand formula and quality control
- Providing high levels of commitment in following brand cooking methodology
- Being able to handle the wok and cook a variety of different recipes (training will be provided)
- Ensuring all areas are clean, tidy and hygienic in accordance with company policy and Health and Safety regulations, as well as Fire and Food Safety compliance
- Capable of working under pressure and multi-tasking
Crew Member Responsibilities:
- Enjoys working in the Kitchen, enjoys cooking and preparation of food
- Able to think on their feet and use their initiative
- Able to cope under pressure
- Demonstrate multi-tasking with ease
- Able to work as part of team
- Provide outstanding guest service and be able to anticipate customers’ needs and expectations
- Maintain high hygiene standards as well as demonstrate food preparation skills
- Cooks and plates quality food and beverages for all our customers according to recipe and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
