The business now require a baker and/or bakers assistant to join a team of very skilled bakers in the production of Artisan handmade Local and European breads. The team are a well organised operation and we are looking for someone to come in and hit the ground running. as the company continues to grow at a fast rate we are looking staff with a passion to succeed and help us grow the business.
Please note the location of the role is at our Bakery in Bleary (not our Portadown site) and is for night shift with a starting time of 9pm.
Job role will include
- weighing out ingredients
- preparing dough
- scaling off products
- monitoring ovens and bake times
- keeping the bakery clean and tidy every shift
- packing orders
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
