Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Railway Civils Supervisor to lead and oversee civil engineering activities within railway infrastructure projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing on-site civil works, supervising teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project timelines. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil engineering operations on railway construction sites, including track bed preparation, drainage systems, and station platforms.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure work progresses according to schedule and specifications.
- Lead and manage civil teams, providing clear instructions, support, and oversight to ensure high-quality work standards.
- Monitor safety protocols rigorously, conducting regular site inspections and enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and work plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility before execution.
- Address on-site issues promptly by troubleshooting problems and implementing effective solutions to minimize delays.

Experience
- Proven management experience in supervising civil engineering teams within railway or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of railway civil works including track foundations, drainage systems, bridges, and station structures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams safely while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in civil engineering or construction supervision are preferred.
