Residential Child Support Worker
We are looking for experienced Residential Child Support Workers to join our team in Edinburgh.
About the role
- Supporting daily routines and promoting independence.
- Planning and taking part in fun, meaningful activities and community outings.
- Encouraging confidence, resilience and life skills.
- Providing compassionate support that meets the young person’s individual needs, including responding to behaviours of concern and, where required, supporting with health and personal care.
- Monitoring wellbeing and safeguarding the young person in a nurturing environment.
About You
- Experience of working in a care setting and developing positive relationships through trust
- Experience working with young individuals
- Able to apply a range of techniques to co-ordinate and communicate with service users and their families
- You are caring, reliable and patient
- You are comfortable working as part of a team

Pay: £13.45-£13.75 per hour
